Is your site secure for Credit Card purchases??
Yes it is.  We use the most recent technology and software including secure encryptions.
How long does it take to confirm my payment??
If you pay by credit card the confirmation is instantaneous.  Direct Deposit, Cheque or other payments require a BizFurn respresentative to check the payment is received.  This can take up to 72 hours depending on the date you paid.

I don't have a credit card, can I still purchase from you??
Yes.  BizFurn accepts Direct Deposit and Cheque.  Please choose this option at the Checkout page and bank details and postal address will be displayed.  You will also find these details on your order confirmation.
Why was my Credit Card declined??

When will my Credit Card be charged??
Usually within 24 hours if your order being placed, depending on financial institutions.
Can I change or cancel my order once submitted??
Unfortuntely, once you have completed and submitted your order you cannot cancel or change it online.  To make any changes please contact support@bfx.com.au
How do I obtain a Tax Invoice for my purchase??
A hard copy tax invoice will come with your shipment.  If you do not receive your tax invoice or if you require a further copy, please email your request to support@bfx.com.au
How can I view my previous orders??
Your Account will save all your previous orders in your account.  Please go to my Account and then choose the Orders tab.  Your order history will be displayed.

How do I save my order if I am not quite ready to purchase the products??
If you have a website Account, your products that you have added to your cart will be saved until you remove them.  If you are just visiting the website as a guest and have not set up an account yet, your products that you have added to your cart will be saved to your cart for up to 4 hours.
Am I able to purchase products from your showroom??

Yes.  Please come and see one of our qualified consultants to discuss and plan your space and walk you through the quality products we offer.  You can then purchase at the BizFurn showroom or online.

Can I lay-by a product or hold a product for a period of time before payment??
No.  Unfortunately, as with the majority of online retailers, we do not offer lay-by nor can we hold an item for you.
I just received my item but I find it uncomfortable and no longer want it. Can I change my mind and return it??
Please choose carefully.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please contact support@bfx.com.au if you have any concerns.
I just received by item but it is faulty. What do I do??

Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
What does your BizFurn warranty cover??
BizFurn products are guaranteed for the stated period shown on the product detail page, against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal use.  Please see our Warranty Terms and Conditions.
