Ozcare Corporate Office

Ozcare is a leading provider of community care services, committed to supporting staff with environments that promote wellbeing, efficiency and connection. With 51 locations and over 4,500 staff, BFX partnered with Ozcare to deliver the refurbishment of the Level 3 East Side Corporate Office in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane, creating a contemporary workspace aligned with collaboration and future growth.

In consultation with stakeholders, BFX developed a design balancing collaboration with acoustic performance. The open-plan layout maximised natural light and captured views across Brisbane City, contributing to a productive work environment.

Furniture selection focused on ergonomic performance and alignment with Ozcare’s brand identity. Ascendo back-to-back height adjustable workstations with integrated power and wrap-around screening supported privacy and reduced noise, while pinnable screens added functionality and visual consistency.

Breakout areas featured Natural Oak finishes to distinguish spaces for collaboration and recharge. Planter cupboards and wall units introduced greenery, while Unity High Ultimate Collaboration Hubs and Cush Gibson Lounge Settings provided flexible meeting spaces. Custom colours reinforced Ozcare’s identity throughout.
