*Brisbane & Gold Coast are calculated at a flat rate of $88.00 including GST, unlimited items

Shipment outside Sunshine Coast, Brisbane & Gold Coast

Deliveries are usually delivered by a trusted third party furniture freighter or installer and require quoting by a Consultant.  Proceed to checkout where you can choose your payment option.  A consultant will contact you with a quote for delivery.
Do you ship to anywhere in Australia??
Yes, we ship Australia wide.
Do you ship outside of Australia??
BFX ships to all countries.  Please specify this at checkout in the ‘Order Comments’ box and we will contact you to organize your shipment.
Can I pick up from your store or warehouse??
Yes.  You can pick up from our warehouse in Maroochydore, Brisbane or Sydney.  Please choose ‘Pick-up’ at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order??
Shipping will be organised once payment has been received.  Depending on your location, and the items and shipping method, the shipping will vary.  Quickship goods will be shipped within 48 hours.  Made to order products will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.
I would like my delivery scheduled for a specific day and/ or time. Is this possible??
BFX will always work with you to meet any specific requirements you may have.  If you require a specific date for delivery, please specify this at checkout in the ‘Order Comments’ box and we will contact you to organize your delivery.
Is weekend or after hours delivery available??
Shipments, Installations and Pick-up will be made on weekdays during business hours, public holidays excluded.  It is important that someone be available during those times to accept/sign for the delivery.
How do I know when you have shipped my order??
BFX will contact you to notify you of the day of delivery.
What if I am not home when you deliver my goods??
It is important that someone will be available at the delivery address in order to sign for and accept delivery of your furniture.  Please contact us if you think you might not be available at the time of your delivery, so that we can reschedule.
Can I send my own courier to pick-up from your warehouse??
Yes.  We are happy for you to use your own courier, however it is advisable to be aware of the size and weight of your delivery as many of our products are best delivered via qualified office furniture freighters.
What if I need my item delivered by an urgent date??
We like to keep our customers happy and accommodate their requests where possible.  If you require your item by a specific date, please specify this at checkout in the ‘Order Comments’ box and we will contact you to organize your delivery.
Do your products require assembly??
BizFurn offers some of our products in flat pack for you to assemble with instructions.  Our flat pack products require some assembly which require basic tools and technical skill.  Note: Some products come assembled as a standard.
What if I want to have the products assembled??
Please choose the ‘Fully Assembled & Installed’ option on the product page.  Note: Some products come assembled as a standard.
